Polymer cement waterproof mortar
Polymer cement waterproof mortar is a dry mortar made of polymer, inorganic silicate and fine sand as the main raw materials. With high bonding strength, good compatibility, easy to construct, in the wet substrate, low temperature conditions can be constructed. Can be directly on the waterproof layer to do all kinds of finishing layer.
Usage
1. Mix the mortar and water in a ratio of about 4:1 (weight ratio) and stir to achieve a suitable consistency. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then mix thoroughly to restore the initial consistency before use. Generally, no more water is needed for the second mixing;
2. During construction, the base layer should be cleaned (removing various substances that are not conducive to bonding such as grease, floating dust, and loose materials on the surface of the base layer), keeping the base layer flat, clean, and free of dirt. The surface of the base layer does not need to be wetted with water.
3. If the design plaster thickness is greater than 5mm, it is recommended to carry out the construction in two to three stages.
precautions
The water used to mix the binder must be clean water (such as clean tap water): the prepared slurry should be used up within 2 hours.
