General Information

∎ Our Industrial PVC hose includes a wide range of high-quality hose with different diameters for processing and conveyance as well as the suction of multiple substances.
∎ Based on hoses qualified material, cover, and reinforcement they are all flexible, strong, highly durable, and capable of working with high, and low pressure & heat.
∎ They are resistant to abrasion as well as to chemical substances, and kink.
∎ Moreover, all hoses are resistant to environmental conditions, so they can function through extreme environmental situations.
Construction
PVC layflat hose is constructed with 3 plies of polyester yarns, one latitudinal ply and two longitudinal plies. Both tube and cover are extruded simultaneously to maximize bonding of the hose.

∎ Great durability mainly given by the reinforcement and high-density PVC material.
∎ Extra thickness in order to prevent bursting due to pressure in heavy industry.
∎Manufactured by one step extrusion technology, higher working pressure, longer working life, different from plastic coated PVC
