Hot Therapy
Heat the Hot and Cold Pack in the microwave for 20 seconds using medium strength, if the pack is not hot enough, reheat in 5 seconds interval.
Cold Therapy
Pre-chill the Gel Pack by placing it in the freezer or refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer and apply to required area for no more than 15 consecutive minutes, if the temperature is too cold, wrap the gel pack with a soft cloth to avoid frost bite.
