KLS programmable motor controllers provide efficient, smooth and quiet controls for electric motorcycles, golf carts and go-carts; as well as industrial motor control. KLS controllers are mainly designed to solve noise problems of BLDC motor driving application. Compared to the traditional trapezoidal waveform control technology, this technique based on sinusoidal wave driving technology is to reduce the operation noise and 1/3 switching loss, which well meets the noise reduction and efficiency requirements in the application of DC brushless motors. It uses high power MOSFETs, SVPWM and FOC to achieve efficiencies of up to 99% in most cases. A powerful microprocessor brings in comprehensive and precise control to the controllers. It also allows users to adjust parameters, conduct tests, and obtain diagnostic information quickly and easily.
KLS-H features through hole MOSFETs mounted to aluminium heat sink strips. KLS-H is an IP66 rated waterproof controller by default.
Q:1.What kind of motors you can provide?
A: Ningbo EMP DC Motor Dynamics Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned foreign venture in China dealing with the design development and manufacture of DC motors of both brushed and brushless. Our products include permanent magnet motors in metric & NEMA frames (brushed and brushless), gear motors and controllers.
Q:2. Can you send me a price list?
A: For all of our motors, they are customized based on different requirements like lifetime, noise, voltage, and shaft etc. The price also varies according to annual quantity. So it's really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you can share your detailed requirements and annual quantity, we'll see what offer we can provide.
Q:3. What's the lead time for regular order?
A: For orders, the standard lead time is 35-40 days and this time can be shorter or longer based on different model, period and quantity.
Q:4. Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we can provide tooling cost?
A: Yes. Please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc. Then we'll make our evaluation to see if we can arrange or not.
Q:5. Can I get some samples?
A: It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, I am afraid it'll be difficult for us to provide because all of our motors are custom made and no stock available if there is no further needs. If just sample testing before the official order and our MOQ, price and other terms are acceptable, we'd love to provide samples.
