Operation and use method

1, the platform should be carefully checked before use of the hydraulic system without leakage or wire without exposed phenomenon before use. 2, before use should determine the use of voltage type. (380v or 220v or battery) 3、When the platform is in use, the four legs should be firmly supported on solid ground. 4、The centre of gravity of the load should be in the centre of the working table as far as possible, and overloading is strictly prohibited. 5, the platform in use, to maintain a horizontal state (not slope use) shall not move after lifting. 6、When in use, the movable doors at both ends of the guardrail should be closed and locked before operation. 7, in the process of lifting, all personnel are strictly prohibited from climbing, if you need to repair the platform should be lifted after the platform top firmly before. (or notify the manufacturer to repair) 8、Outdoor work, when the wind is strong, more than five metres platform should pull the wind rope. (Self-provided) 9、The hydraulic oil used should be kept clean and not mixed with water and other impurities. 10, when the platform failure, should promptly cut off the power supply, manual (unloading valve) to make the platform down to the starting position, before maintenance.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

Lifting platform natural decline	Oil seepage from one-way valve	Check the check valve in the valve group. If dirt is found on the sealing surface of the check valve, clean the check valve.
		Lowering valve is not closed tightly	Use a voltmeter to check whether there is power to the descent valve; if there is power, check the wiring and remove the fault; if there is no power, remove the fault of the descent valve itself, or replace the descent valve. The slide valve of the descending valve must be kept clean and move flexibly.
		Cylinder internal leakage	Replace the hydraulic cylinder seals
Lifting platform does not descend	Failure of the descending valve	In the state of pressing the descending button, use a voltmeter to check whether the descending valve has power; if it has power, check the wiring and remove the fault; if there is no power, remove the fault of the descending valve itself, or replace the descending valve. The slide valve of the descending valve must be kept clean and move flexibly.
Lifting platform does not descend		Lowering speed control valve out of adjustment	Adjust the descending speed control valve, if the adjustment is invalid replace the new valve.
