Product Overview
Grass kneading and grinding machine
Agricultural and livestock feed processing machinery used for cutting green (dry) corn straw, rice straw and other crop straws and pasture. It is suitable for raising cattle, sheep, horses, deer and other livestock, and becomes a good helper for farmers to cut grass.
Use and maintenance
1. Install the motor according to the power supplied. The outer ends of the mower wheel and the motor wheel must be on the same plane. The tension of the belt must be adjusted appropriately and cannot be too loose or too tight.
2. Install the feed hopper, check whether the fastening screws of each component are loose, cover the machine cover, tighten the gland bolts, and turn the pulley by hand to see if it rotates flexibly and there must be no friction or collision.
3. After the installation is completed, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the slide oil pipe, gear, and cross slide, and then you can do the idling test. Pay attention to whether the steering is correct. Once it is correct, you can operate normally.
4. Regularly check the fastening bolts of each component, especially the movable knife, bed knife, and fastening bolts to see if they are loose. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the oil pipe, gear, and cross slide of the skateboard regularly, usually every 2-3 hours.
