This machine used the Linear motor technology, and the feed part can be non-contacted, gapless drive, the Linear motor has the advantage of high responsiveness and the long-term stability, and the high acceleration can be made as more than 5G, while, it’s motion accuracy & positioning accuracy are controlled by the accuracy of the grating scale directly, moreover, this lathe adopted HEIDENHAIN products from Germany, it’s accuracy is 0.0005mm, which has the considerable accuracy storage as be the thread grinding machine.It originatlly launched the grinding wheel’ insverse motion to complete the feed for direction of thread pitch. and through the workpiece to complete the feed for the radial direction, which reduced the weight of grinding moving parts & improved the grinding times and it’s stability.

The control part of this lathe adopted the advanced full digital control system as well as the software developed by our company independently, which with a fine man-machine interface & man-machine conversation function, and it’s doesn’t need the professional NC program, as it’s used the menu to be the intelligent operation, so it’s have no special requirements for the operators.
