Machine Function Description:

1. This machine very good for aerosols start business , it is also called “ Universal 4 in 1 machine”.It can able to covering 90%+ majority aerosols in market, from diameter 35-66mm, Cans height from 70mm-350mm. More over, no matter your product is water-based, or oil-based, with high viscosity or low viscosity,you propellant isliquid phase like LPG, propane,butane ,R134a, DME, or vapor phase like CO2, N2.......

2. The machine is 100% pneumatic ,no any electric components , very safe for aerosols!Customer need prepared compressor unit with the air capacity ≥ 1m3/minute,pressure 0.8Mpa,power ≥7.5KW(10HP),(the larger , the more stable air supply, the better performance ).

3. The machine will arrive at customers' site as “ plug and play condition” Really very easy for operation. Easy changeover & maintenance.The operators without any experience could handle it very quickly. We also send enough spare parts with machine, such as sealing rings, gaskets, tools, gauges.....it can be enough to use at least 2 years, we will recommend adding more on spare Kit if customer plan for future 3 or 5 years.

4. Small area needed in factory and portable. The machine is only 1200*820*1820mm(L*W*H),with a wheel under the machine, you may move it anywhere convenient for you.
