Epoxy Furniture Casting Resin System

This two-component product is mainly prepared by epoxy resin,curing agenet

Advantages:Esay to use with non-taxicity,making them suitable for ventilated crafts rooms and work areas. No toxic organic compounds or heavy metals,100% solids,self-leaving and extremely durable,crystal clear,high gloss and excellent color stability,no bubbles etc.

Measuring

Prepare the containers used and clean and dry molds weigh A and B at 2:1 (weight ratio), mix and stir evenly, eliminate bubbles.

Pouring

After making sure your piece is leveling,just pour the epoxy resin over the table. It will start to leveling on it's own.you can also help to spread the epoxy resin onto the whole table.Finally,using brush to tidy it up.

Curing Process

In about 8 hours it will be tacky.And you will be able to pour a second time if necessary.

In about 12 hours it will be dry to touch,and within 24 hours,it will be 95% cured.

Fully cured need about 72 hours.
