Customers Specific Requirement
The loading, unloading and transportation of construction equipment are very important. Construction machines are normally heavy, and steel ramps often don ’ t have enough capacity, and can easily bend or even break after being used for a long time, which will be a serious safety problem. In order to meet the market demands, we have designed the aluminum loading ramps. We can customize the sizes and capacity according to the weights and sizes of the machines.
Aluminum ramps have three advantages compared with normal steel ones:
1. Steel ramps are heavy. One ramp will take two or three people to carry. Aluminum ramps are light, and one person can carry.
2. Steel ramps deforms easily, and the capacity is not enough. Our aluminum ramps use aircraft standard aluminum which is safe and has a high tensile strength.
3. Aluminum ramps are more skid resistant, which guarantees the safety when the job is done on a rainy day.
