Water Wash Paint Spray Booth
COLO water curtain spray booth is the preferred solution in the liquid painting process which requires separation and filtration from airflow, keeping your staff safe. Paint overspray is removed through moving water curtain, creating a clean and healthy working environment.
How water curtain spray booth works?
During painting process, oversprayed paint mist is arrested by water curtain or directly dropped to the washing area, which ensure all overspray paints from the air are put into the water and then collected into a tank. The tank finally becomes filled with paint sludge that needs to be cleaned.
