Inner dia±0.05mm,outer dia±0.1mm,gram weight±1.0g, capacity+2g/ml
Appearance
Product has no dust, no black spots, no scratches, no shrinkage, no deformation, no crack, no oil, no burrs.
Adhension
To test the printing and UV coating by 3M tape at 45 degree agnle. Printing should be clear, clean, uniform thickness, no obvious deviation, double image etc, should not have wrong words, missing words, bar code error etc.
Function
The gap between bottle and shoulder should less than 0.5mm. The seperating force between outer cap and inner cap＞3kgf.cm.The seperating force between cap and bottle is within 0.25-0.4kgf cm. Pump output 0.23±0.5g. ＜10 pumps for the first time to use.
Leakproofness
There is no leakage of water in the lotion bottle that test in the vacuum machine for five minutes at 0.06Mpa. No leakage occurs when the cream bottle is inverted for 48 hours.
Color
According to customer’s confirmation sample, within the upper and lower limits of color, and there are no defects and impurities.
Drop Test
No break and separate of the bottle components to drop from 1 meter.
Packing

Packing & Delivery
We have strict packing methods to protect the products from scratches and breakage during transportation. A cardboard at the bottom and top of the carton, put the items on the white foam board, one piece of pearl cotton on each layer, put all into a PE bag and finnaly into carton box .
