The concrete conveying pipe shall be piped according to the characteristics of the project and construction site and the concrete pouring plan. It is advisable to shorten the length of the pipeline and use less elbows and hoses. The laying of the conveying pipe shall ensure safe construction, which is convenient for cleaning the pipeline, troubleshooting and assembly, disassembly and maintenance. In the same pipeline, concrete conveying pipes with the same diameter should be used; when new and 1-day pipe sections are used at the same time, the new pipe should be arranged at the place where the pumping pressure is higher; the pipeline should be arranged horizontally, horizontally and vertically. A simple pipe layout diagram should be drawn, the specifications and quantities of various pipe fittings, pipe connecting rings, elbows, etc. should be listed, and a list of spare parts should be proposed. The concrete conveying pipe should be selected according to the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate, the type of concrete pump, the conveying distance of concrete output, and the difficulty of conveying. The delivery tube should have a strength suitable for the pumping conditions. Pipe sections that are free of cracks, bump damage, and bends should be used. The joint of the conveying pipe should be tight, with sufficient strength, and can be assembled and disassembled quickly. When the minimum diameter of the conveying pipe is 100mm, the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate cannot exceed 25mm, and when the minimum pipe diameter is 125mm, the maximum particle size cannot exceed 40mm.
