11. How to calculate the amount of silica gel desiccant?

According to the package size of the product to calculate the package volume, usually,1 liter with 2 grams of silica gel desiccant.

12. How long will it last , how often shall we replace them?

It depends on The warehouse Humidity and temperature and others. But, if add 5% orange SILICA GEL in it, it will be easy to see when the SILICA GEL start absorb moisture. Color change from orange to dark green. Usually, 1 to 2 weeks fully absorb.

13. How much water vapor can the beads absorb? In say, grams per gram? How quickly do they do so?

The moisture absorption rate of S i lica Gel Desiccant is about 32% of its weight, 1g of silica gel absorbs 0.32g of water.Regarding how quickly do they do so, generally, the adsorption capacity of bare materials is measured at 24h in our factory.
