Describe of Garri processing line:
1) Garri is a food from Cassava flour. It also can called Gari, Garry, Gali. So to get garri, first we should to get the cassava flour.
2) Garri is a carbohydrate based food consumed in many West African countries, Nigeria in particular. Processed from Cassava ( akpu ), Garri in its raw form is creamy- white or light-yellowish flour with a slightly fermented flavor.
3) The two main varieties of Garri are: The "White" Garri and The "Yellow" Garri.
4) Garri can make many kinds of famoue delicious food, like Farofa, Fufu, Ugali etc.
