A1. Yes, we are happy to send you FREE SAMPLE or some or our products for quality evaluation, and you just the courier fee. Please contact us for the sample application process.
Q2. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A2. Yes, We accept customized orders. You just need to send us your ideas or 3D Drawings to get the exact quote.
Q3. Can we customize our own Logo, Label/Stickers on the products & package?
A3: Sure. It's not a problem if your order quantity up to our MOQ.
Q4. How can you guarantee the quality?
A4. There will have a pre-production sample before mass production. And the final inspection will be done before shipment.
Q5. When can I expect delivery after placing an order?
A5. Generally, it will take 15-30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery date depends on the items, quantity and request of order.
Q6. What is the method of shipping?
A6. It could be shipped by Air/Sea or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FeDex and etc). Please confirm with us before placing orders.
Q7. What is your payment term?
A7. We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal. Usually, there are 30% deposits in advance, 70% balances before shipment for formal orders, and 100% payments for sample orders.
