Primary Load-Carrying Materials and Connecting Materials
a)The primary load-carrying materials include upright, gutter and trusses. b)There are many kinds of suitable connecting materials, such as roof connectors,roof-gutter connectors, gutter supporters.
Sunshade system

The Shading system principle is to filter the excess light through shade net to achieve indoor cooling effect,
preventing the plants from being burned in the greenhouse. And it can regulate the heat or reduce the cost for the operations. The shading system is installed on the top of the greenhouse with a sunshade net that can be driven by electricity. Outside Shading System is fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.
Outside shading net is made by black and round wire materials and fastened by black polyester strings. Inside Shading System is installed in the greenhouse, fixed on the truss and with the frame of greenhouse.
Inside shading net is made by white aluminum--alloy materials, fastened by white polyester strings.
Inner Sunshade System

Material: Aluminum foil Sunshade Net Introduction:
Installed in the greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.
Advantage:
This system is Installation inner sunshade net in the greenhouse. Button control switch, reduce the internal temperature by cutting off excess solar radiation. In summer, it can reduce the inner temperature, and in winter or in night, it can prevent the heat running off.

Outer Sunshade System

Material: Black round wire Net
Introduction:
Installed in the greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.
Advantage: The shading system is installed on the top of the greenhouse with a sunshade net that can be driven by electricity. The principle is to filter the excess light through shade net to achieve indoor cooling effect. Ventilation System

Advantage:
In hot weather, the pads and fans are used together,cool water circulation could reduce temperature and increase humidity inside the greenhouse at same time.

Fan

Air-circulating Fan

Heating System

Irrigation System


Irrigation system of greenhouse include of Drip irrigation System and Spray Irrigation System

Working principle: The irrigation water is extracted from the source, pressurized, purified, filtered properly, then sent through the water-transmitting pipeline into the irrigation facility on the field. At last, the irrigation water is released by the irrigation emitter of the irrigation facility to the plants of the field in the greenhouse.

Control System

Control System of greenhouse able to measure a lot of agricultural factors such as direction and speed of wind,temperature and humidity of air or soil, air pressure, rainfal, solar radiant quantity and ultraviolet intensity, etc.
It can control the facilities of ventilation system, shading system, cooling system,illumination supplement, irrigation and fertilization, adjusting the inner environment of the greenhouse to the most suitable conditions.



Hydroponic System

Hydroponic System of greenhouse applies the hydroponics, which refers to the meens of cultivation that is equipped with the base materials, not natural soil, when plants are in seed-breeding period and that is fixed with nutrient solutions for irrigation after they are settled,) preventing the diseases due to the soil frequently used and the physiological barriers because of the salt accumulation of it and meeting the needs of plants with minerals, water, air and other conditions. The base materials can be recycled, and the hydroponics is characterized with water-saving, fertilizer-saving, labor-saving as well as great harvest and superior quality, etc.

Seedbed System

Seedbed system of greenhouse inciudes fixed seedbed and mobile seedbed.
The fixed seedbed is single-layer, angle steel as the support, stee-wire mesh set on the surface. The surface of the mesh applies the ant-corrosive treatment by the cladding layer. The support of mobile seedbed is made by galvanized steel tubes, outline of the seedbed aluminum--alloy material. Height of it can be slightly adjusted, and it is equipped with the ant-overturn device and location-limiting device. The seedbed system can promote the utilization rate effectively of the greenhouse. usually up to about 85%
