Feature:

Composition:
The cleaning machine is mainly composed of an ultrasonic cleaning tank, an ultrasonic rinsing tank, an air knife cutting tank, an automatic temperature control system, an oil removal system, a circulating filtration system, an electrical control system, a cylinder lifting device, and an unpowered sliding conveying system. (Each process can be combined arbitrarily, and the equipment can be customized according to the number of cleaning workpieces)
Description:
The cleaning machine is a continuously working device whose cleaning process is controlled by PLC and consists of a stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning tank, an ultrasonic rinsing tank, an air knife cutting tank, and electronic control and circulation systems. Cylinder lifting device and unpowered sliding roller reduce manual operation and can be operated by one person. The tank is equipped with an inlet pipe and an overflow pipe, and the lower part of the tank is equipped with a water discharge pipe and a sediment tank. It is humanized in design and meets environmental protection standards.
