1.Resistor core assembly is accurately and consistently spaced close to the outer sheath for efficient heat transfer.
2.Initial heater diameter is reduced, thus increasing the density of the assembly, resulting in a heating source which exhibits
exceptional dielectric strength and heat transfer characteristics.
3.End disc is always welded in place, preventing contaminants from entering the heater.
