Q1: Are you a manufacturer? And When was it established? A1: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of in-home medical devices and a national high-tech enterprise. Our company was established in 1991, and specialized in digital Blood pressure monitor, Infrared thermometer, Nebulizer and related medical devices more than 20 years. Our company located in Rugao City, Jiangsu. You are always welcome to visit us. Q2: Do you have any factory audits? A2: Yes, now we have passed ISO9001, ISO13485, CE, SGS, etc. Q3: How is the quality of your factory? A3: We have strict process control SOP for raw material control, process control and end-product quality. The final product inspection will be processed before packaging. Questions About Order: Q1: Can you provide OEM or ODM service? A1: Yes, we have a strong developing team and R&D team to support OEM and ODM services. The products can be made according to your request. Just send us a drawing or a sample then we will take care of it. Q2: What’s your OEM MOQ? A2: 1000pcs. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable, but the price is a little higher but still negotiable. Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time? A3: It usually takes about 5 business days to send a sample. The production lead time is about 15 to 35 days based on MOQ.
