Impact crusher
Working principle
The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and is broken again, then it is thrown to the impact device and broken again, and then it bounces back from the impact lining plate to the plate hammer action area and broken again. This process is repeated, and the material enters the first, second and third impact cavities from large to small for repeated crushing, until the material is broken to the required particle size and discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the clearance between the reaction frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the material discharge size and material shape.
The impact crusher is also prominent in crushing natural materials because the discharging granularity is uniform, cubic shape with less fine powder and dust. In addition, the impact crusher can effectively process materials with large moisture content while ideally preventing the blockage of the crusher. Apart from keeping large proccing capacity, it can not only ensure even output granularity but minimize the power and liner consumption.
