Specification of our cement:

Portland cement is the most common type of cement in general use around the world, used as a basic ingredient of concrete, mortar, stucco, and most non-specialty grout.

It is a fine powder produced by heating materials in a kiln to form what is called clinker, grinding the clinker, and adding small amounts of other materials. Several types of Portland cement are available with the most common being called ordinary Portland cement (OPC) which is grey in color, but a white Portland cement is also available.

Our process production of cement

We exploit limestone, clay stone, sand…from natural mine. Then these substances are transported to the hammer crusher equipment by large tonnage equipment, where limestone is crushed.

Limestone, clay and additives adjustments such as iron ore, siliceous rock are granted to the mill and transported to the homogeneous silo with system of elevator, air slide.

Raw powder is heated to temperature about 1,450 ° C in a rotary kiln to form clinker.

Clinker from silo, gypsum and additives from synthetic storage boxes are transported to the mill to produce powdered cement.

At last cement is transported to the storage tanks of the packaging machine.
