1. Customers' Feedback: If there are any quality problems, please contact the seller's customer service first. We will do our best to resolve the issues. Kindly refrain from leaving negative comments immediately; otherwise, we may reject your requests and resolve disputes through a third-party arbitration process, which is normal but lengthy.
2. Quality Assurance for Customized Products: Upon receiving the products, you have 7 days to confirm their quality. If the product has quality issues proven to be caused by us, the seller accepts no-reason returns/refunds within 7 days. However, the buyer must provide evidence first. Beyond the 7-day confirmation period, no-reason returns and refunds are not acceptable.
3. 4. Lifelong Warranty Policy: After 30 days, the seller guarantees the best quality and lowest price for maintenance and repair services. However, all costs are to be borne by the buyer.
