Installation methods and precautions
1, indoor installation :LED light belt for indoor installation is relatively simple, because it does not have to withstand wind and rain. When installing, you can directly remove the sticker on the 3M double-sided tape surface on the back of the light strip, and then fix the light strip in the place where it needs to be installed. If you encounter a corner or the light strip is too long or too short, the LED light strip can be arbitrarily cut or welded at the tangent of each scissors mark.
2, outdoor installation: outdoor installation because it will be subjected to wind and rain, can not be fixed by 3M glue, so outdoor installation is often fixed by card slot, need to cut and connect the place, the method is the same as indoor installation, but need to be equipped with waterproof glue to consolidate the waterproof effect of the connection point.
3, power connection method: the general voltage of LED light belt is DC DC12V, so it is necessary to use switching power supply, and the size of the power supply is determined according to the power and connection length of the LED light belt.
Waterproof class
The IP20 bare plate is not waterproof and can be used where it does not come into contact with water;
IP65 drops waterproof: dustproof and splash proof, can not be used directly and outdoors;
IP67 casing waterproof: dustproof and splash proof, can not be directly used outdoors;
IP68 glue filling waterproof: can be used outdoors, cruise ships, fish tanks, underwater and so on.
