The PTC air heating heater assembly has a one-piece structure that integrates the controller and the PTC heater into a single unit. The product is small in size, light in weight and easy to install.

The PTC heater assembly has a heater section located in the lower part of the heater, which uses the characteristics of the PTC sheet for heating. The heater is energised by high voltage, the PTC sheet generates heat, which is transferred to the heat sink aluminium strip, and then a blower blows across the surface of the heater, taking away the heat and blowing out warm air. The heater has a compact structure and a reasonable layout to maximise the efficiency of the heater space, and the design takes into account the safety, water resistance and assembly process of the heater to ensure that the heater can operate normally.
