Heavy duty steel perforated raised mezzanine floor or entresol is a raised platform that is independent of a building structure and is supported by steel columns, which consists of post, main beam, sub beam, floors, staircase and frame protector.
It can be no on-site welding, all components are bolted. Different design can be provided in line with the loading capacity by selecting different material specification. It is of high intense and widely utilized. The Span between uprights can be 6m, max 10 meters. Loading duty can be from 300kgs per sqm to 3 tons per sqm. |

A1: Yes, we're a professional manufacturer with over 19 years history, our main products include Selective Pallet Racking, Warehouse Shelving, Cantilever Racking, Mezzanine floor, etc. All products are 100% produced by ourselves in our own factory area , including powder coating and package.
Our 20,000 sqm production plant and around 250 professional stuff workers enable a large production capacity and stable high quality.
Q2: Where is your company located?
A2: Our factory is located in Gaobu Town, Dongguan city, Guangdong Province, China. We are close to HongKong, convenient for any customers to come over for a site visit.
Normally, just one hour’s journey by express train from HongKong to our factory.
Q3: What certification have your products passed?
A3: We're ISO9001 certificated company. Rack system are strictly designed and produced based on TUV standard for industrial storage rack, comply with any counterpart standard.
Q4 How long is your warranty period?
A4: We afford 10-year warranty and lifetime insurance services of all racking products. Any quality issues that caused by quality of products, we'll provide free parts for replacement.
Q5: Are you able to provide installation service?
A4: We have mature installation team with rich project experience. For some complicated cases, our engineer could come to project site and help customers for installation work. Normally, we can offer solution to your installation problem through email with drawing, mob and video call within 24 hours.
