Product Description

Wallboard: rockwool or EPS inside with colorful steel outside,
Door: manual doors or automatic doors,
Intake Fan: European type turbo fan,
Exhaust Fan:European type turbo fan.
Filtering: Multilayer filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than10μm. Ceiling filter capture
granules bigger than 5μm. The green filter on the basement plenum and exhaust fan can filter the paint and dust emission. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach 98%.
Burner: gas or diesel burner, Max temperature according to requirements.
Heat Exchanger: it’s made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
LED Lighting System: LED lights 900lux to 1200lux.
Control System: Microcomputer control system. Cabinet type, easy to control and maintain.

Any sizes can be customized;
3D lift or pulling trolley or automatic trolley are optional.
Air exhaust from two sides of spray room or pit are optional;
Drive through type door, rolling door and folding door are optional.
Air generation system on the top of spray room is optional.
