A:Yes,we can provide samples. Customer need to pay the sample fee and freight cost. Later when order confirmed, the sample cost will be returned.

A:Yes,we provide OEM&ODM service, we can make logo on handle and package box as per customer requirement.
Q:What is the warranty for your product?
A:We provide 1 years quality guarantee period for the products.
Q:Do you provide FOB price or just EXW price?
A:We provide both.
Q:What is your terms of payment?
A: We can accept bank T/T, Western Union, Alibaba TA,100% full payment if sample order or small quantity.
Other normal items order 30% deposit to produce and 70% balance before shipment.
OEM or ODM production order may request 50% deposit.
