Instructions:

1.Online cleaning:
The water-based ink cleaning agent is poured on the surface of the anilox roll, and the rotating anilox roller is evenly spread on the surface of the anilox roll with a cleaning agent, and uniformly brushed with a wire brush, and kept for 10 minutes to several hours according to the degree of clogging. Then use the machine's ink supply system to rinse the surface of the anilox roll with clean water. (Please do not use acidic liquids).

2.Offline cleaning:
Wear protective gloves and lay a layer of cleaning agent on the surface of the anilox roller. Determine whether to wrap it with the wrapping film according to the degree of clogging of the anilox roller. After standing for 1 to 48 hours, use a wire brush to clean with a clean water or rinse with a high pressure water gun.

* Repeat the above procedure if the mesh is severely blocked.

* Recommended for weekly use to maintain consistent print quality.
