1) gas temperature ≤40℃, 2) gas pressure 2.5~10kpa,
3) pressure change rate ≤1kPa/min 4) tar oil content ≤50mg/Nm 3 ,
5) ammonia content ≤20mg/Nm 3 6) H 2 S ≤50mg/Nm 3
7) impurity size ≤5μm, Impurity content ≤30mg/Nm 3 8) moisture content ≤40mg/Nm 3 ,
9) Calorific value ≥5 MJ/Nm 3 .
