1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are direct factory. You are welcome to visit the factory at any time.
2. Can I get a sample? What is the sample cost?
Yes, we can send you samples to test the quality of our products. We will charge $50 per sample including shipping.
If you are not satisfied with our samples, we can refund the sample fee to you.
3. What is the MOQ?
For products we have in stock, the MOQ is 6 pieces of each type. Customized MOQ depends on the product process, simple process MOQ is 50 pieces, complex MOQ needs to reach 100 pieces for each style
4. Can you produce according to samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings.
For digital art, we prefer PC files saved in CorelDRAW (.cdr), Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), of course jpg and pdf files are fine, the higher the better.
Tip: Always remember to convert the text to outlines or curves, otherwise you have to include the font file in the design file.
5. What are your payment terms?
(1) Sample fee / Moude fee to be paid in advance before sample;
(2) A 30% deposit is required before mass production;
(3) After inspection, prepay the balance before shipment.
For stable customers, we accept monthly payments.
For small amounts, we accept fast and convenient PayPal, and for large amounts, we accept T/T.
6. What is the delivery time?
(1) Sample lead time -- 2~7 days after receiving your samples/artwork and prepayment.
(2) Production lead time - 15~35 days after receiving your approval for pre-production samples and advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the item and quantity you ordered.
7. What are your delivery terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F, etc. You can choose the one that is most convenient or cost-effective for you.
8. How to solve the after-sales quality problem?
Show us the clear photo or video of the quality problem, or send back some samples for us to study, we will make a satisfactory solution for you within 24 hours after confirming the problem.
