Melano CC anti-shine serum is a medicated whitening serum containing the whitening active ingredient "active vitamin C*1" that focuses on transparency.
It contains active vitamin C*1, a whitening active ingredient, and a vitamin E derivative, an ingredient that promotes blood circulation, and the two vitamins work directly on the skin. Rohto's unique penetration formula allows whitening active ingredients to reach deep into the stratum corneum, suppresses melanin production, and prevents freckles and blotches.
It also contains two active ingredients*2 and moisturizing ingredient Alpinia White. It also moisturizes and conditions skin that is concerned about acne scars.
