Fast, Innovative, Convenient and Green
This full servo printing machine can print round, oval, square, polygonal plastic and glass bottle jars containers cups products.
Capabilities include jars, glass, ovals and containers of any shape for cosmetic and industrial companies.
The machine Include Feeding conveyor belt + flame treatment + CCD image positioning + electrostatic dust removal + UV screen printing + UV LED curing + unloading conveyor belt.
The visual positioning system can locate the bottle bottom or bottle body.
screen printing head can be replaced to hot stamping head,make multi color screen printing and hot stamping in one line.
Completely servo-assisted, it can print up to 17 colours on plastic or glass multi-format containers.
Thanks to servo-assisted printing adjustments that afford a 0.1mm adjustment tolerance between colours.

The screen printing fixture adopts the front and rear full clamps to ensure accurate positioning, and the screen printing process does not shake or shift;
