A: We provide 3-5 years quality guarantee for brass faucet ; 1-2 years quality guarantee for zinc faucet , depends on quality. If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair part will be sent in the next order.
Q2: Do you make sample for customer? Will you charge it or not?
A: Yes, sample is available , customer needs to pay for the sample and express cost, but we will refund sample fee after you place an order.
