How to fill candles/wax with this machine? First, some preparation in advance:1. Raw materials for wax/candles 2. White mineral oil for 2 Liter or so -It's a kind of colorless and odorless liquid oil, used in the following step 'preheat fill' 3. A heating equipment to melt wax -We also provide melter tanks for 220V, contact us to know more Step 1. Melt wax: use the heating equipment to melt the wax Note: It always takes time to wait for wax to melt, so we suggest to do it in the first step to save time. Step 2. [Important]Preheat fill with hot liquid oil: heat the white mineral oil to high temperature and use the filling machine to fill it with several minutes until the pump head and hoses are warm Note: The temperature of the white mineral oil needs to be 10-20℃ higher than the wax Step 3. Wax filling: adjust the filling speed and filling time to set volume. When volume setting finished, put the inlet hose in the melted wax oil and the machine will start to fill with ease. Step 4. [Important]Empty wax and fill oil again (no need to heat now): when you finish wax filling, switch to FWD/REV function to empty the remaining wax and fill the mineral oil again. Then wax inside will be squeezed out. No afraid of possible block next time anymore Feature 1: No installation and won't get blocked easily · Machine is complete: directly use when you get it, no installation needed· Pump of easy structure: loosen nuts and you can see all the part · Pump with bigger power: more powerful suction Feature 2: Designed L shape nozzle and handle with press-button to hold easily · L shape nozzle: contact with the material, SUS 304 durable· L shape handle: protect from high temperature and easy to hold in hand · Press-button: on the handle to operate easily. Just press to fill Feature 3: Quantitative volume setting by [Time] and [Speed] · Adjust speed by turning speed knob, faster or slower by yourself! · Then time set from 0.01 to 999.9 seconds· For example, if the speed now is 20g per second. Set time 1 second, it fills 1s x 20 =20g each Set time 2 seconds, it fills 2s x 20 = 40g each Just set based on your need.
