Asphalt spreading system The spraying system mainly consists of asphalt tank, heating part, hydraulic part, control part and spraying part.

Funtions and Features
1. Asphalt tank The outer wall of the tank is made of stainless steel frosted plate with insulation filler in the middle. The inside is composed of heating boiler and heat transfer oil coil. The appearance is neat and generous. The additional air control valve group on the outside of the tank realizes the circulation of asphalt in the pipeline and avoids local overheating and aging of the asphalt.
2. Heating part The heating device uses imported burner and matched high-efficiency boiler. It has high combustion efficiency, good atomization effect, low fuel consumption, fast heating speed, safe and stable operation. No manual monitoring is required to ensure that the asphalt in the pipeline can obtain an effective heating temperature.
3, hydraulic part The use of internationally renowned brand components (hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor) to ensure reliable transmission performance.
4. Control part The encoder is used to accurately detect the speed of the vehicle and the speed of the asphalt pump to ensure the accuracy of the cloth. The radar, encoder and main circuit switching components are imported components. After setting the amount of sprinkling, the PLC automatically calculates the speed and pump speed, realizes the automatic control of the sprinkling, and can recommend a reasonable speed for the driver.
5. Spraying part Each nozzle is opened and closed by a separate control of the air valve. Through special piping design, the pressure is uniform and the spraying effect is good.

Stone spreading system
The stone spreading system consists of a silo, a gate control mechanism and a spreader.
A 2-way conveyor belt is installed in the silo to ensure the output of the stone material. The material door is controlled by 16 channels, and the angle spiral angle controller is used. To make the material door reach a certain opening degree, the material door opening angle can be set on the angle controller. Very convenient and accurate. Effectively adjust the spreading uniformity and change the uneven distribution of traditional stone materials; the adjustment range of the material dividing plate and the blanking plate is large, and the stone materials of different specifications (S3 ~ S24mm) are applicable.

Electrical operating system
1. Provide operators with accurate sprinkling parameters according to different work requirements. Through the setting of the display parameters on the rear console, the continuous change of the actual measurement parameters can accurately reflect the operation of the equipment.
