(4)Environmental protection and harmless. Haisun wood paint is a kind of water-based paint, which is environmentally friendly and harmless to human health. (5)Save space and cost. With our fast dry equipment, wood coating can be dried in three minutes. The delivery speed is increased by 10-20 times, which saves the space and cost of furniture factory.

1.Surface treatment: The surface of the workpiece must be clean, dry, dust-free, oil-free, impurities-free, and polished flat.
2.Construction methods: spraying and roller coating. Spraying self-leveling for 1-3 minutes and baking at 120 DEG C for 3-5
minutes. Roll coating self-leveling for 1 minute, baking at 120. D egree. C.

4.Dilution ratio (weight ratio): KGD-E93-101: water = 100: 15-30 (water dosage will vary according to different construction
environment and construction methods.)
5.Construction viscosity: spraying 25 "~ 35" (coating-4 cup/25 ℃). Roll coating 50 "~ 60" (coating-4 cups/25 ℃)
