INTORDUCTION
Toilet tissue paper rewinding machine is making the jumbo roll tissue paper into two-layer, three-layer or multi-layer small toilet paper roll with core, or solid toilet paper roll, it can make toilet paper perforating, embossing,automatic glue, cuting,sealing in one machine. TOILET PAPER ROLL MAKING PROCESS
The toilet paper rewinding machine can produce toilet rolls of different sizes, including solid rolls and hollow rolls, and also can produce toilet paper roll with embossed patterns. We can customize the embossing patterns according to the needs of customers. As long as the design pictures are sent to us, we can customize them for you. We can offer some embossed patterns for you to choose.
OPERATION PROCESS
Four-roller automatic feeding→synchronous conveying→embossing→punching→automatic winding→cutting→packing→sealing.
1. Rewinding---The main purpose of the toilet paper rewinding machine is to process the large shaft paper into a long strip of toilet paper roll.
2. Cut the paper---The long piece of toilet paper cut by the paper cutter is cut into semi-finished products of the length required by the customer.
3. Packaging---Packaging can be packaged in a packaging machine or manually wrapped, and the semi-finished products of the toilet paper are packaged and sealed by a sealing machine.
EMBOSSING PATTERN
We can add embossing settings on rewinder machine, and the pattern is provided by the customer, it needs to be customized.

Tips 1 Jumbo roll width
In order to confirm which type machine you will be fit for you, so need tell me tissue jumbo roll width you will use. In normally, 1575 type &1880 type machine are widely used, of course, final machine type based on your equirements.
Tips 2 Need paper core machine or not?
The rewinding machine can produce hollow toilet paper roll (the rewinding machine itselft includes the loading paper core device), also can produce solid toilet paper roll. If you want to produce hollow toilet roll, you need to buy the paper core making machine, or buy the paper tube from your local market directly.
Tips 3 Need semi-automatic type or full automatic type machine line?
The toilet paper rewinding machine have two types: full automatic line + semi-auto line , which type you want?
