According to the power and design of the coal cutting tumbler, coal-winning machine is divided into three series: 80 series, 90 series and 170 series; depending on the geological conditions, each series falls into four types: light, medium, heavy and super strong.
1.Light type cutting pick applies to the conditions of good quality coal bed with tiny amount of gangue and its economic cost is low.
2.Medium type cutting pick applies to the coal bed with small amount of gangue.
3.Heavy and super strong type cutting picks apply to the conditions of complex coal bed with large amount of gangue or rocks.
On the basis of boring machine manufacturer’s design and geologic conditions, cutting pick of boring machine has many types, such as 47, 34, 38, 2HD, 135, and 135-4 etc. and the cutting pick in same specifications falls into light-type, medium-type and heave-type.
1.Light type cutting pick is used in tunneling of coal bed roadway.
2.Heavy and super strong type cutting picks of boring machine is applicable for tunneling in complex coal bed or total rock roadway.
Select crushing cutting picks for coal or rock according to working conditions or equipment models and common-used crushers are P47, P99, P765 and P38L etc.
Depending on the working conditions, asphalt cutting pick and cement cutting pick are divided. The asphalt cutting picks falls into light, medium and heavy type according to features of the road stones.
1.Asphalt cutting pick: is selected in accordance with the composition of road stones. For example, for limestone asphalt paved road, it can select light-type or minor diameter alloy milling cutting pick; for granite stone paved road, it can select heavy or large diameter alloy milling cutting pick. Model selection of the milling cutting pick can be adjusted depending on the workload.
2.Cement cutting pick: is used in cement paved road, and light or heavy type milling cutting pick is selected on the basis of the crushing conditions and soft degree of the cement road and the workload.

1. The cutting pick is formed by precise die forging for one time without any machining marks on surface and adopts 42CrMo material.
2.Carbide materials adopt low cobalt and ultra-coarse particle tungsten carbide which is wearproof and unbreakable with hardness up to HRA87.7-HRA88.3.

This cutting pick is used in the boring machine for half-coal and half-rock roadway tunneling.
