Our diversified product scope
Fiberglass hand lay process
is the first production process which our factory had. Established in 2000 year, our first fiberglass product was made via hand lay up process.
Hand lay up is an open molding process, it is the most common and least expensive open-molding method because it requires the least amount of equipment.
Fiber glass matting are placed by hand in the mold and resin is applied with a brush or roller.
It is the best choice for the fiberglass products with glossy gel coat finish, large complicated shape and low volume.
The most important factor for hand lay process producion is the skill of workers, after development with over 20 years, our workers are very stable and experienced, 80% of our workers have been worked in our factory with more than ten years.
We had strict working instruction for every raw material and every step during the whole production.
We are very proud with glossy gel coat finish of our fiberglass parts.

RTM
called resin transfer molding, it is vacuum assisted, closed molding process. Male mold plus female mold structure achieves two smooth surfaces, which is the major advantange of this process.
Fiberglass reinforcement mat or woven roving is placed in the mold, then closed and clamped molds. Catalyzed, low-viscosity resin is pumped into mold cavity under pressure, until the mold is filled.
Once the resin is cured, the male mold is removed and the part is de-molded from the female mold.
Suitable for medium volume and high surface quality parts, RTM ( resin transfer molding ) is usually considered an intermediate process between the hand lay process with low mold investment and fiberglass sheet molding with higher mold investment,

Fiberglass compression molding
includes SMC (Sheet Molding Compound ) and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound).
The difference between SMC and BMC is the length of glass only.Different length of glass results in different mechanical character.
Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) is a compression molding compound often used for larger parts where higher mechanical strength is needed. SMC is a fiber reinforced thermoset material.
Glass reinforcement is between 10% and 60%, and glass length is slightly longer than Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) - between 1/2-inch and 1-inch (25mm).
Sheet molding compounds can be molded into complex shapes.
Superior mechanical properties and surface appearance, plus excellent electrical insulation make this thermoset material ideal for automotive Class A body panels,
high-strength electrical parts, business equipment cabinets, personal watercraft, and various structural components.
Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) is a thermoset plastic resin blend of various inert fillers, fiber reinforcement, catalysts, stabilizers, and pigments that form a viscous.
Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) is highly filled and reinforced with short fibers. Glass reinforcement represents between 10% and 30%, with glass length typically between 1/32-inch and 1/2-inch (12.5mm).
Depending on the end-use application, bulk molding compounds are formulated to achieve close dimensional control, flame and track resistance, electrical insulation, corrosion and stain resistance,
superior mechanical properties, low shrink, and color stability. Its excellent flow characteristics, dielectric properties, and flame resistance make this thermoset material well-suited to a wide variety of applications
requiring precision in detail and dimensions as well as high performance.
