Destription of Aluminium brushed finish Plates
Brushed finish aluminium plates, we also called hairline surface Aluminium plates, the surface are treated uniform, undirectional texture, this texture is created by using a brush to pass over the surface of the aluminium, removing some of the materialand leaving behind parallel lines of grooves, brushing aluminium plates are commonly used for a variety of purpose including architectural and industry application
the brushed finish can also provide additional benefits such as improved grips or reduce glare.
Prosess of brushed Aluminium plate
cleaning: surface shall be cleaned to remove any dirt,oil or other containments
Sanding: sanding of surface for preparation of brushing
Brushing: involving passing a brush over the surface to remove some of the material and create the desired texture. which is done mechnically.
Deburring:after brushing, possible small burrs or rough edges shall be removed
Final cleaning.
