P erformance Introduction

We have developed a new multifunctional beef and mutton slicer with the following features:
* Capable of processing various frozen meats, ribs (blade replacement required), and vegetables.
* Driven by a hybrid stepper motor or servo motor, it ensures stable material feeding and uniform slicing thickness. The
thickness can be adjusted arbitrarily (0-150mm).
* Our product is characterized by high automation, easy operation, long service life, low failure rate, and convenient
maintenance.

Equipment Installation and Commissioning

1. When transporting the equipment, avoid subjecting the bottom or sides of the packaging to severe impacts or
vibrations, and under no circumstances should the equipment be tilted.
2. Install the equipment on a flat and suitably hard surface, ensuring adequate space around the equipment for
maintenance purposes.
3. After unpacking, first check for any loose components in the mechanical and electrical parts. If any are found, address
them before proceeding with the installation. Reinstall any disassembled components that were removed for
transportation.
4. The equipment power supply requires three-phase four-wire or single-phase two-wire connection. Ensure correct wiring
before powering up. Depending on local power supply conditions, ground the equipment at the designated grounding
point. Note: The power cable should not be smaller than 2.5mm². Damage to the equipment resulting from wiring
errors is not covered under warranty.
5. For the initial use of the equipment, run it without load for 1-2 hours, and adequately lubricate all lubrication points.
6. Check the operation buttons and moving parts of the equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Note: A leakage protection device must be installed at the power supply head of the equipment.

Basic Operation of the Equipment

1. Connect the power supply (where blue represents the neutral wire), turn on the power switch, and use the jog function to check if the motor rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Step 1 : Activate the emergency stop switch and use the jog function to lower the blade to its lowest point.
Step 2 : Press the fast reverse key to retract the meat pusher to the rear.
Step 3 : Rotate the handwheel to raise the pressure plate to the highest position.
Step 4 : Bring the front end of the meat roll into contact with the blade, and rotate the handwheel to lightly press the meat roll.
Step 5 : Press the fast forward key to push the meat pusher until it makes contact with the meat.
Step 6 : Press the setup key to set the meat cutting thickness, and then press the confirm key.
Step 7 : Press the start key to enter the working state. Note: When handling cut meat rolls, maintain a safe distance between your hands and the blade to avoid injury.

Common Failures and Troubleshooting

(1) Slicing with Continuous Blade Movement, Irregular Meat Rolls:
1. Adjust the position of the blade appropriately, ensuring a tight connection between the blade and the blade bar.
2. Sharpen the blade.

(2) Meat Pusher Unable to Move the Meat, Abnormal Noise in the Transmission Chain :
1. The meat on the pressure plate is too tight; loosen the pressure plate.
2. Lack of lubrication oil in the guiding rod (add lubrication oil).
3. Lack of lubrication oil in the transmission lead screw and chain (add lubrication oil).
4. Irregular meat rolls; loosen the pressure plate.

Note: When performing maintenance, ensure that the equipment is powered off.
