Q: Can you make the skateboard decks according to our own design?
A: Yes, OEM is always welcome. Please send us your 1:1 design in AI format or PSD format by email. Please feel safe that we will not show your design to anyone else.

Q: What is the charge for setting up a custom graphic?

A: We need to check your graphic first. The setting up fee is one-time charge. You only need to pay one time for each graphic. Please note the setting-up fee is non-refundable.

Q: Can I get a sample to check the quality before mass production?
A: Absolutely, but we need to charge the sample fee and shipping cost. Sample fee will be refunded when you place mass production.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 100% payment in advance for small order; for large order, 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. We accept Paypal, Western Union, and Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards.

Q: What is your shipping methods?
A: We will help you to choose the best shipping method and shipping company. Normally we will choose express shipping for purchasing quantities within 100 pieces, and sea/train transportation for orders more than 100 pieces.

A: 10 pieces per carton. The carton size is 82cm x 27cm x 18cm, gross weight 14KG. OEM package is accepted.
