At the second day you place order , our designer will complete the 3D design drawing according to your car data and your requirements to confirm the effect. Do FEM Analysis to design the safety load rating. After confirmed, will start to produce the rim.
All of our wheel hubs are forged using 10000 T forging machine .
Aluminum bar 6061--Forging--Blank treatment--CNC machine--Pre treatment--Finishing treatment--Checking and testing--Packing.
All the products will be carefully tested before we pack that.such as Surface Inspection, Rim Data Check ,Dynamic balancing test, Roundness Test and so on.Through this to provide the most assured hub to our customers.
