① Temperature set: Adjust the temperature to that needing value after power on.
② Temperature correction: The iron is heating status when the indicator light in on, while the iron has reached its set
temperature when the indicator light off so the customer can do the welding working; the actual temperature is closing to the set
temperature when the light flashing, the iron is discontinuous heating, keeping constant temperature status, which can do welding
work.
② Temperature adjust: should adjust the iron temperature when exchange the iron handle, heating core and iron head in order to
ensure the temperature accuracy. Operate method as follow:
1. Power on and set the temperature as 400 degrees
2. Put the iron head on the iron temperature adjuster and ensure good connecting after the indicator light off and temperature
stable
3. Adjust the welding station temperature with screw driver (CAL signal knob), clockwise direction means up temperature,
anticlockwise means down temperature, stop until value is 400 degrees.
