Product Description

7501G2 is hot melt adhesive of EVA series, widely use for making various books ,such as textbooks, ,picture books, brochures , notebooks and magazines,etc.

It is white flake or granule with oil resistance ,good low temperature resistance and good adhesive Strength and thermal viscosity, suitable for medium- speed product line with bookbinding about 4000 books per hour .

Direction for use

1.Keep the gluing surface clean before operation.

2.The recommended operating temperature is 150-170℃. Do not exceed 180℃ for a long time to avoid the colloid is cracked.

3. Use adhesive with spraying or scraping.

4. The opening and curing time will vary with the colloid temperature, ambient temperature, bonding time, bonding pressure, etc.

5. The color of the adhesive will vary according to the batch of raw materials, but it does not affect the performance.
