HY319 HY326 are structural adhesives are single-component, anaerobic, curing and positioning in 2 to 5 minutes, no need to heat, easy to use, high bonding strength, high impact resistance, suitable for self-adhesive and mutual adhesion of hard materials such as metal, glass, porcelain, and ferrite.

HY622 HY642 HY 662 HY 672 HY 677 HY 690 are thread locking use anaerobic adhesive, which is one component, and depends on contact with air to maintain a liquid state. Under hypoxia conditions, it can quickly cure at room temperature. It has low toxicity, excellent oil resistance, shock resistance and sealing performance. After dismantling, the original performance of the machine parts will not be affected, and the bolts can be used repeatedly. Mainly used for bolt locking, sealing and rust prevention.

HY609 HY620 HY680 is a serie of anaerobic adhesive for cylindrical parts.

Instruction:

1. Use HY755 cleaning agent or acetone and other solvents to clean the surface of matching parts such as bolts and nuts to remove oil stains and iron filings.
2. Drop the glue on the surface of the bolt and tighten it. The tightening torque is based on the tightening torque designed by itself as the standard.
3.It can withstand a small torque after curing for 1 hour at 25°C, and reach the highest strength within 24 hours.

Matters Needing Attention
1. This product has no organic solvents, and it solidifies instantly when exposed to moisture in the air. Therefore, you should be especially careful when using it to avoid contact with skin and eyes. If it comes in contact with the skin, it can be soaked in acetone and warm water to wash it away; if it gets into the eyes, it must be rinsed immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately; if it is swallowed, it should be treated immediately by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children, and close the bottle tightly after use.
2. Store in a low temperature (refrigerator) and dry place, with a shelf life of 6 months.
