Water Motor Gong, also known as sprinkler alarm, it’s a hydraulically driven alarm without electrical power.
When the sprinkler system is activated, water passes through the water motor gong. The impeller turns and the shaft rotates by high velocity water jet, and the rotating shaft drives a striker assemble which rings the gong, sounding a continuous alarm as long as the water flow continues.
