FEATURES AT A GLANCE
Uniquely designed pressurization outer mould ensures a more compact shaping effect. Shoe upper used copper clamp device allows precise and convenient placing of shoe upper thus making the operation process easier and more accurate. After the pre-shaping of lasting shoes, the insole sewing can be adjusted better to avoid crooked upper defect. Highly accurate shoes center line due to pre-moulding enables easier last insertion and smooth lasting process to reduce wastes and improve fields. Special shoe last mould positioning method help facilitate mould replacing. The cold mould clamp is used teflon strap and the last, the forming. effect is very perfect (According to the client's last we can make the last and teflon strap the accuracy is 98%). The cooling speed is quick, and the effect ls perfect,the refrigeration's temperature can be-25℃.
