Features of air compressor 500 psi 200 psi driven by diesel engine:
- Diesel portable screw air compressors are widely used in highways, railways, mining, water conservancy, shipbuilding, urban construction, energy, military, and other industries.
- Patented line of large diameter rotor design, air ends straightly associate with diesel engine through highly flexible coupling, without overdrive gear. Speed of air ends is totally in line with the diesel engine, which makes it higher efficiency, better reliability and longer life.
- A set of air-flow controlling system is simple and reliable. The load regulation between 0 and 100% helps to automaticly adjust the power consumption according to the actual amount of air used. Diesel is saved maximally by automatically adjusting the engine throttle simultaneously.
- Microcomputer with automatic alarm and shutdown protection system can intelligently monitor air compressor discharge pressure, exhaust temperature, engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, tank level and other operating parameters.
- Multi-stage air filter, suitable for dusty work environment; a multistage fuel filter, suitable for domestic and/or international oil quality status; oversized water cooler, suitable for high-temperature, high altitude environment.
- Easy to maintain reduces the dowmtime. Easy to move even in tough conditions. What's more, Each compressor configures rings for safe and convenient lifting and transportation.
